Welcome to the City of Kirkland's Eproval Site

Thank you for choosing Kirkland for your event. Our Special Events Team is here to help you plan.
Through Eproval, you can submit and update your information, pay fees, track your application, and print your final permit, 24 hours a day. Eproval also helps your event plan meet local, state, and federal requirements.

How to Apply for a Special Event Permit

Step 1: Event Interest Form (EIF)

Submit an EIF to request your date and venue.

  • Priority Review: 12 to 13 months before your event
  • Standard Review: 6 to 11 months before your event

Staff will contact you within 10 business days. Wait until your request is accepted before you move on to Step 2.

Step 2: Special Event Permit Application

Once your EIF is approved, complete the full application. City staff will send event logistics and conditions through Eproval. We will issue your permit once all conditions are met.
